PEUGEOT’s plug-in hybrid vehicles have been designed for easy and intuitive charging. Once plugged in, a colour-coded display indicates its charging progress. The charging hatch is on the rear left wing, and you can store your charging cable under the boot floor. Its charging time depends on the power of the socket and of the charging point.

WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BATTERY?

Kept under the rear seats of the HYBRID4 versions is the high-voltage lithium-ion battery (300 V). It has a capacity of up to and 13.2 kWh**, the best on the market. This gives 100% electric driving for up to 42 kilometres WLTP*** (69 kilometres NEDC****). The WLTP protocol is used to measure the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions of a hybrid vehicle.
 
The battery has an 8 year warranty or 160,000 km for 70% of its charge capacity. During the entire warranty period, Peugeot commits to a standard exchange of damaged batteries. To reduce your CO2 emissions, opt for 100% electric driving for your daily journeys. Electric journeys can reach up to 135 km/h before the combustion engine takes over.
